Submission of Abstracts
Abstracts not exceeding 250 words are invited for inclusion as podium (oral) or poster presentations in any of the conference themes. Please include the title, author(s), author affiliation, and choice of mode (poster/podium). The presenting author's name must be underlined. Confidential peer review shall determine acceptance or rejection.
To submit an abstract, please register online first and submit it only through your delegate login panel. Please submit the abstract(s) online only through the delegate login panel. No abstract submissions will be accepted via email.
Guidelines for submitting abstracts:
· The abstract should be typed in the following format.

TITLE (14 pt bold, Centered)
·
Presenting Author, Co-authors, Corresponding author (12 pt, normal)
·
Department Name, Institute Name, Institute Address (10 pt, normal)
·
E-mail: (9 pt, Normal)
· The one-page abstract should be typed in 10 pt, Times New Roman, normal font, and single-spaced. Use A4-size paper with margins: top: 1 inch; bottom: 1 inch; left: 1.25 inches; and right: 1.25 inches. Cite references in parentheses, e.g., Kothari et al. [1], in the text. References should be typed in 9 pt, normal font, and single-spaced. The entire abstract, including text, figures, equations, structures, schemes, and references, must be submitted as an MS Word DOC file. The printed area should be 5.8 inches (W) by 9.7 inches (L).

Abstract Guidelines
Size of poster: 1.2 meters (Height) and 0.9 meters (Width)
Originality: Abstracts must present original research, findings, or innovative ideas that have not been published elsewhere.
Title: Provide a concise, informative title that clearly reflects the content of the abstract.
Authors and Affiliation: List all authors in the correct order, with their institutional affiliations and corresponding author details.
Abstract Length: The abstract should be 250–300 words (excluding the title, authors, and affiliations).

Keywords: Provide 3–5 keywords that represent the major themes of the research.

Submission: Submit the abstract through the designated conference submission platform/email before the specified deadline.
Review and Acceptance: All submitted abstracts will be subject to peer/review committee evaluation. Acceptance and presentation format will be communicated by the conference organizers.
Ethical Compliance: Authors are responsible for ensuring that the research complies with relevant ethical, institutional, and regulatory requirements.
Confirmation: Submission of an abstract implies the author's willingness to present the work at the conference if accepted.
POSTER PRESENTATION
Guidelines for Poster Presentation
Poster Size & Format
Participants are requested to prepare their posters, which should not exceed 90 cm x 120 cm (Width x Length).
Title
Use a clear, concise title. Include the authors’ names, affiliations, and institutional logos where appropriate.
Content
Organize the poster under clear headings, such as:

Clarity & Conciseness
Present the key findings briefly. Avoid lengthy paragraphs and excessive text. Use bullet points, tables, graphs, diagrams, and relevant images to improve readability.
Font & Design
Use a professional, uncluttered design with sufficiently large fonts. Ensure strong contrast between text and background and maintain consistent formatting throughout.
Figures & Tables
All figures, graphs, and tables should be clearly labelled, numbered, and easily interpretable. Avoid overcrowding the poster with unnecessary illustrations.
References
Include only the most relevant references in a consistent citation style.
Presentation
Presenters should remain available at their designated poster during the assigned session and be prepared to explain the work and answer questions.
Time
The poster presentation should be completed within the time limit specified by the conference organizers.
Professional Conduct
Presenters should maintain academic integrity, acknowledge all sources and contributors, and ensure that the poster contains original and accurate information.
